At Petmmon, we’re dedicated to delivering joy to your pets with speed and care. Below are our streamlined shipping guidelines tailored for U.S. customers:
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).
- Delays? If inventory checks or external factors (e.g., weather) impact your order, we’ll notify you immediately via email/SMS.
2. Shipping Zones & Restrictions
Delivery Coverage
- We currently ship ONLY to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
- We do NOT deliver to: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), PO Boxes, or military bases (APO/FPO).

Due to size, weight, or warehouse location, some items (e.g., large dog beds, heavy toys) cannot ship via expedited methods. Available options will display at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order leaves our warehouse.
- Monitor your package through our Tracking Portal or the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery Issues
- Wrong Address? Double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot redirect/reship orders with incorrect addresses.
- Lost/Damaged Package? Contact us within 7 days at petmmoon@outlook.com. We’ll file a claim with the carrier or resend your order.
6. Non-Shippable Items
- Items marked “No Expedited Shipping” on product pages are ineligible for expedited/priority methods.
- Oversized/heavy items (e.g., cat trees) may require extended processing time.
7. Holiday & Peak Season Notice
- During high-demand periods (e.g., Christmas, Prime Day), allow 2-5 extra business days for delivery.
8. Pet-Safe Packaging
- Chew-proof, eco-friendly materials protect toys and treats from curious noses and paws!
